Reserve your Course

In continuation we show the steps you must follow to complete your application

1. You must first select the package you want to make.

2. You have to downloaded and printed the enrollment form and the authorization form and be sure to sign it.

3. Payment may be made paying a deposit (250€ to reserve your place , and this amount will be discounted from the final cost of the programme , or the fulll payment can be made.

4. The enrolament onto the Course of Spanish Language will not be considered unless you have made the initial deposit of 250€ or the full paymet of the programme. Please send the enrolment sheet and proof of payment by post, fax or e-mail.

5. Once your registration has been received , you will be sent the confirmation of the Course , together with the invoice of the programme.

6. The total cost of the Course should be made within a maximum of 30 days before the Course commences.

Take into account that if the customer wishes to cancel their reservation , then they should comumunicate in writing, correctly signed and sent via fax , e-mail, post or telegram, no other manner apart from these tour ways will be accepted.

Up to 30 days befote the commencement of the Course, the whole amount of money paid will be returned, except the deposit monet sent. ( For all the Courses it is necessary a desposit of 250€)
If the time is less than 30 days, then 25% of the corresponding Course will be witheld.
Within less than 15 days, no refund will be made. In case the student begins the Course alter the starting date, or does not attend the Course or leaves before it finishes , no Money will be returned.

Money will only be returned in case of serious illness , or the death of the students or direct member of the family ( father , mother , brother or sister ) and presentsing the apropiate documentation confirming the facts.

Its is the responsibility of the customers to have a valid passport ando r the necessary visas required for the entering the country.
In the case that the student does not respect all the rules, regulation and instruccition of the Centre INTERNATIONAL SPANISH COURSES. Then the student may have his course discontinued without and refunded of Money paid, and might be repratriated in case that the person in underage in which case all the cost of the that action will be met by the student.
