How will my level of Spanish be checked or tested?
The first day of the Course will involve an oral and griten test which help us to classify the student into which level of knowledge of the Spanish level they have.

How many levels are there?
The college offers up to six different levels of Spanish:
Initial A1, Elementary A2, Médium B1, Médium-high B2, Advanced C1, Superior C2.

Do we receive a diploma alter completion of the Course?
Yes , at the end every Course , the College will issue the student with a Certificate.

Are the Spanish Courses Recognised by any authority?
The Spanish Courses are given in the Colegio Internacional de Alicante , which is a Centre acredited by Cervantes Intitute, FEDELE , AMELE and F.I.D.E.S.C.U among others.

Are the classes in the mornings or in afternoon?
The Spanish Classes are from 9.30 to 13.30.
The sporting activities are from 16.30 to 19.30.

What is the level of experience of the shool teachers?
Our teacher are native Spanish speakers and with university graduation.
They are specialists in the field of the teaching of Spanish as a second language and have been selected, not only for their high academia levels, but for their communication skills.
Our teacher will continue to motivate or encourage their students after the classes have finished. They are qualified, dynamic, understanding and kina people.

How many students wil be in each group of Spanish?
Maximun number will be 10 students in the intensive Courses of Spanish.

What materials will be necessary for the sporting activities?
Please consult each and every package.

What accommodation facilities are there?
Individual Rooms with:
-Individual Bed
-Air Conditioning
-Private Bath with shower
-Internal Telephone
-Work table
-Free access to internet

Also we can enjoy and have access to

What is included in the prices?
The price of the package incluyes:
-20 hours a week os Spanish classes
-12 hours a week of sporting activities
-A weekend visit to Madrid
-3 full-day excursions ( Valencia , Aqualandia and terra Mitica)
-3 evening tours to Alicante and surroundings
-Transport to and from Airport , for the first and last days.
-Local transports
-Medical Insurance

Included are the taching hours stipultaed in the programme , the use of all the installations, the accommodation and didactic materials (books, photocopies, folder, dossier of welcome and orientation)

When do we have access to the accommodation and when do we have to leave it?
All the accommodation is available from the Sunday before the beginning of the Course, and should be left free on the Sunday, the last day of the course. ( If for any reason of flight, the student has to stay an extra day, the cost will be 40€)


Does the school offer any discounts?
We offer 5% discount for groups of 3 or more people who register for the same Course and dates.

How do we enrol in a Course and how can we pay?
See process of enrolment.

If we supply our details of credit card at the time of enrolment, does that mean we have paid?
No, the payment will not be effective until we have checked that your enrolment is correct and there are places available. If there is any problem with your enrolment, we´ll inform you before we collect any money.

Does ISC have a medical insurance?
ISC has an Insurance which covers the student from the moment of arrival until the moment of departure. This Insurance is covered in the price (see conditions).

Once there, who can we get in contact with in case of emergency?
ISC has available a telephone of 24 hours coverage for the use of students and their family members. Also, upon arrival, the student will be given a card with which they can make free calls to their country of origin (with a maxium of minutes).
The students are monitored 24 hours a day by specialist monitors.

Do we need a Visa ? Could you help me obtain one if necesary?
If you hold a valid passport of any country within the European Union, then you don´t need a visa.
If you are from the United States, Canada, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland or Iceland, then you can stay up to 90 days without needing a visa. If. you wish to stay longer than 90 days, then we will supply you with a letter of acceptance which will help you un your request for a visa.
If you are a citizen of any other country, you should consult your consulate.

Is there a limit of date of enrolment?
There is a limit of a minium of 30 days before the beginning of the Course, less than that, the please consult the situation.

Who will meet me at the airport?
A member of the team from ISC will meet you at the airport, for which it is very important for the student to supply the exact flight details.
